We act with urgency, to benefit our partners, members, and the company. We move fast and adapt because when we move slowly, our competition gets ahead of us and we miss opportunities.
We ignore the voice in our heads that says “that can wait until tomorrow.” When we act today, another decision is made, another deadline is met, and tomorrow is now open to accomplish more. We all commit and hold each other accountable to act quickly and do what we say we’ll do. We are passionate about the teamwork and delivering today, which makes us a leader in the CUSO industry.
Build Trust Through Honest Communication
Kindness, openness, and honesty build the strongest relationships. It’s critical that team members act with integrity in all of their relationships. That our partners – teammates, members, credit unions, vendors – are all treated well. When we trust each other, we are able to challenge each other, to encourage each other to do a little more, to dig a little deeper, and to improve each day. We can do all of this because trust does not place blame. Trust says, “if I was in your position, the problem would have still occurred.” Working together, we can understand it and fix it

We are selective when choosing a partner because they are a reflection of us. Our team members are our partners. Our vendors are our partners. Our credit unions are our partners. We hire and do business with people who match our values. Our team members are encouraged to take the lead to form great partnerships by acting collaboratively, not competitively. This is done by creating close business and personal relationships. We choose partners that fit our culture, and who have the same dedication around service and urgency as we do.
Dedicate Yourself to Serve
We use every interaction to wow our partners. Service is not just something we do, it’s who we are. We dedicate ourselves to saying “yes” and doing whatever it takes to provide a memorable experience. It is an emotional connection we make with our partners that turns them into promoters.
Act with Humility and Kindness
Strong relationships start with humility and kindness. Humility means we act with gratitude; gratitude for our teammates, our members, our credit unions, and our vendors. We never take them for granted. Results do not happen without help from others. Team members cannot succeed alone here. Team member relationships with people are how things get done.

Companies that are unable to adapt, to be agile, and to manage change fall behind their competition. We will never come to a place where what we have done is good enough. We always strive to do better. The status quo will never be accepted.
